Terms of Service

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Fidox Energy Limited, a company registered in Nigeria. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order. When acting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

• Prices, cylinder sizes, and delivery fees shown at checkout apply to your order.
• An order is confirmed only after we accept it and issue a tracking number.
• Estimated delivery windows are indicative; delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or force majeure.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available to receive the delivery.
• Ownership passes on delivery; risk passes when the cylinder is handed to you or your representative.

We accept card payments, bank transfers, and pay-on-delivery where available. All prices are in Nigerian Naira and inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We use PCI-compliant processors; we do not store your card details.

Because LPG is a regulated product, we can only accept returns of unopened, tamper-sealed cylinders within 24 hours of delivery, subject to inspection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

If a cylinder is delivered damaged or leaking, do not use it. Contact our support line immediately for replacement.

LPG is a flammable gas. You are responsible for using it in a well-ventilated area with equipment that is in good working order. Never smoke, use open flames, or operate electrical switches near a suspected leak. Turn off the cylinder valve and move away from the area, then call our safety line.

You may use fidoxenergy.ng for lawful, personal, and legitimate business purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or accounts.
• Interfere with the site's operation, security, or performance.
• Copy, reproduce, or scrape content without our written permission.
• Use the site to distribute malware or unsolicited communications.

The Fidox name, logo, brand assets, website design, and content are owned by Fidox Energy Limited or its licensors. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these terms grants you a licence to use them without our permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fidox Energy Limited is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of the FCT (Abuja) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
