Accessibility

We want fidoxenergy.ng to work for everyone, on any device. Here's what we're doing — and how to tell us where we can do better.

1. Our commitment

Fidox is committed to meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across our public website. We treat accessibility as a design requirement, not an afterthought.

2. What we've done

  • Semantic HTML and landmarks for consistent screen-reader navigation.
  • Sufficient text contrast against backgrounds, checked page by page.
  • Keyboard-navigable menus, forms, modals, and the Track Order drawer.
  • Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements.
  • Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images.
  • Support for prefers-reduced-motion — animations respect your system setting.
  • Responsive layouts that adapt to zoom up to 200%.

3. Known limitations

A small number of embedded third-party maps and videos may not yet be fully accessible. Where possible we provide alternative text or descriptions, and we're working with providers on improvements.
